Keep a good diary of what you eat for breakfast, snack, lunch a dinner and how many calories are in each.

ex. Breakfast

oatmeal- 100 calories

Snack

Banana- 90 calories 

Lunch 

Salad- 200 calories 

Dinner

Grilled chicken- 100 calories 

Green Beans- 50 calories 

 

PE (March 31-May 4th)

Monday, Wednesday (Walk for 15 mins)

Tuesday, Thursday (abs, 20 crunches, 10 sit ups, 6 inches 10 secs) do 3 rounds 

Friday (Game day) play some kind of active game like basketball, football, kickball, tennis etc.)
